Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we currently do not accept returns on orders unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the product

  • Description of the issue

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or provide further instructions.

Conditions for Exchange

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • All tags and accessories must be intact

  • Request must be raised within the specified time frame

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used or worn jewellery

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable if the requested item is out of stock

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

Shipping for Exchanges

  • Customers may be required to ship the product back, depending on the case

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side
